Near the playground!

* Full kitchen: Fridge, stove, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, soap and dish towels.

* Two bedrooms: One bedroom with king bed (73X78X11) and one bedroom with bunk bed (Single beds of the following size: (39x75x9) & (39x75x6).) Plus a small extra mattress (Bedding is not included).

* Playpen: Enough space to install your park in the master bedroom and living room.

* Bathroom: Shower, sink, toilet (Personal items not included: towels, soaps ..).

* Living room: Double sofa bed (54x73x6) (Bedding is not included).

* Interior Accessories: Heat Pump: Heating / air conditioning. Fan. Television without cable ready dvd player in the office.

* Exterior Accessories: Fireplace, lawn chairs, picnic table and propane B.B.Q.

* Covered terrace of 10 'x 20' without bodyguard.

Conditions Applicables

Rental of a chalet:
o The camper must bring bedding (blankets, pillows, towels, shower mats) as well as personal hygiene products.
o It is forbidden to smoke in the cabins.
o The tenant must leave the chalet in the same condition as on arrival.
o Check in is after 16:00 and check out is before 11:00.
o A minimum of nights may be required depending on dates.
o A deposit totaling half of the reservation is requested immediately and the final payment two weeks before arrival.
o Deposit and final payment are non-refundable. (See cancellation policy)
o The rental price includes 2 adults and 2 minor children. Any additional person will be charged according to the rates in force.
o Animals may be allowed under some condition.
o Visitors are not allowed with a pets.
o Regulations and curfew to respect under pain of expulsion.
o Prohibited swimming without lifeguard.
o Loan of DVD player and movie for mini TV (without satellite)
o Our convenience store will accommodate you with a bit of everything. And what about our delicious restaurant with a varied diet including very good pizza made on site (gluten-free meal and no dairy available, risk of contact with other foods)

o Come treat yourself and refresh yourself at our dairy bar.
